  1. 1

    Connect garden hose

Attach your garden hose to the water inlet fitting. Hand-tighten, then snug with a wrench — do not overtighten.

    Attach to bottom quick disconnect.

  3. 3

    Start compressor

    Let tank fill completely.

  4. 4

  1. 5

Nozzle control (Air + Water Mix): Too much water or not enough air? Close middle valve slightly. Too much air? Open middle valve slightly.

  2. 6

Look for a fine mist of air and water. The mist freezes in the air and falls as snow.

  • Operate below 27°F (-3°C) with low humidity.

  • Mount at least 6 feet off the ground, angled slightly upward.

  • Keep hoses as short as possible.

  • Glove test: Stand about 10 feet in front of the mist and hold your glove in it. Frozen particles = you're making snow! Wet particles = adjust water or wait for colder temps.

  1. 1

Turn off water supply and air compressor.

  2. 2

Disconnect all hoses and air lines and drain completely.

  3. 3

Bring equipment indoors to prevent freezing.

  4. 4

Blow out nozzles with compressed air to prevent clogging.
